HONEY FACTORY

As in everything in life, less is, almost always, much more. This was the philosophy that guided the creation of our honey factory, a space that, despite respecting all the standards of quality and hygiene required for the food industry, is intended to be a sanctuary where honey is handled as little as possible.

THE KITCHEN

In our honey factory, in addition to receiving the loops that make up the hives, extracting and packaging the honey, processing the empty waxes, we still have a super equipped industrial kitchen, which allows us to make honey with nuts (previously toasted) our crown jewel, the honey-water, obtained from an ancestral technique that involves honey, pollen, propolis, and spices in its process. With its delicate flavour, cinnamon notes, and a citrus finish, it is one of our most proud products.
